Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days starting from the day you received your order. If this 14 day period expires, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you wish to return a product please contact us at returns@solace-eyewear.com and we will guide you through the proccess of returning your order and getting a refund.

If you are located in a country outside of the EU, then you might be charged import duties or customs fees. In case you do not cover this expense and never receive the order you are not eligible to request a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace the sunglasses and cover all expenses, if they are defective or damaged apon delivery. If you need to exchange your sunglasses send us an email at returns@solace-eyewear.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
